A refreshing, immune-boosting drink made with fresh lemon, ginger, honey, and spices, inspired by a time-tested family recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 large lemons, freshly squeezed
- 2–3 tablespoons raw honey (adjust for sweetness)
- 1–2 inches of fresh ginger, grated
- 1 cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 cups water
- Optional: fresh mint leaves, a pinch of sea salt, ice
Instructions
- Squeeze the lemon juice into a pitcher, removing any seeds.
- Add raw honey and stir until fully dissolved.
- Grate fresh ginger into the pitcher and add the cinnamon stick or ground cinnamon.
- Pour 4 cups of water into the mixture, using warm water for a soothing drink or cold water for a refreshing version.
- Stir well and let it sit for 15-20 minutes to infuse.
- Serve over ice if desired, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for 2-3 days.

Adjust sweetness with honey as per your preference. Add optional mint for a refreshing twist.
